Implant-supported
bars & bridges

Milled CAD-CAM bars are manufactured in our HSC manufacturing centre to a high standard to achieve a real passive (tension-free) fit. Since all bridges are milled from one massive piece of titanium or cobalt chrome, the risk of material fatigue caused by soldering or laser-welded connections is excluded. The milled bar can also be provided with various attachments or extensions, bar profiles are also freely selectable.

Individual
Abutments

The CADstar solution offers optimal function and aesthetics for individual abutments for patients for cemented and screw-retained solutions. Laser melting
using Laser Metal Fusion (LMF)

Laser melting by CADstar by means of the Laser Metal Fusion (LMF) process offers a new, unrivalled quality during the additive production of metal frameworks. The micro-structured framework surface with a surface finish of up to 30 µm ensures optimal adhesive properties of the veneer. The extra strong laser in our manufacturing plant also ensures an unmatched density of the material, which has the best tensile strengths to date. Furthermore, thanks to our Powder Bed Monitoring technology, the component quality is automatically monitored.

Scan and Design

With our scan and design service, laboratories are able to outsource all currently available digital working processes from us without any additional effort. After the analogue or digital delivery of your models, we will scan and design restorations using all current materials according to your request and will stand by your side as a dental sparring partner.
